About This Training

This is a complete Reiki certification that includes Initiation, Usui Reiki Level 1 (Shoden), and Level 2 (Okuden).

It is designed as a progressive process, starting with a foundational stage that most Reiki trainings overlook, but that is essential before working with energy.

From there, you will move into hands-on practice, learning how to work with Reiki for yourself and others in a clear and structured way.

Most Reiki trainings move quickly through techniques.

This one does not.

It starts with a foundational stage that helps you understand how the practice actually works, before applying it.

This allows you to build a more stable and confident relationship with Reiki, instead of just repeating steps.

The focus is not on speed, but on clarity, consistency, and real integration.

But learning to work with it in a reliable way takes structure and practice.

This training unfolds in three stages.

Each one builds on the previous, so you can develop a stable and practical relationship with Reiki from the beginning.

This stage builds the foundation of the practice.

Usui Reiki Level 1 — Shoden (The First Teachings)

This is where you begin working directly with Reiki.

You will learn:

• How to practice Reiki on yourself as a consistent personal practice

• How to give full Reiki sessions to others

• Short and practical treatments for everyday use

• How to work with attention and intention within the practice

• Foundational practices such as Gassho meditation

After this level, you will be able to:

• Practice Reiki on yourself in a consistent and grounded way

• Offer full and short sessions to others

• Develop confidence and sensitivity in your hands

• Use Reiki in daily life as a supportive tool for balance

Stage 1


Usui Reiki Level 2 — Okuden (Inner Teachings)

Level 2 deepens your practice and expands the way you work with Reiki.

You will learn:

• The Reiki symbols and how to apply them in a clear and practical way

• How to offer Reiki beyond physical presence through distance sessions

• How to refine and structure your sessions with more precision

• How to work with attention and intention at a deeper level

• Space cleansing and energetic harmonization

After this level, you will be able to:

• Offer Reiki sessions both in person and at a distance

• Start offering Reiki to others, including in a professional context

• Work with the symbols in a clear and confident way

• Adapt your sessions to different people and situations

• Work with greater precision, depth, and consistency

• Continue developing your practice with a strong foundation

Stage 2

In addition to Initiation, Level 1, and Level 2, the training includes extra sessions where I share additional practices that I personally use in my work.

These sessions are designed to expand how you apply Reiki in real situations and deepen your understanding beyond the core training.

These sessions focus on:

• How to offer Reiki sessions online

• How to work with clients and structure clear, effective sessions

• How to read the energetic state of the chakras using crystals

• How to protect your energy before, during, and after sessions

• A deeper application of the main Reiki symbols

• Additional practices introduced throughout the training
