My story
My name is Julián Moroni, I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I’m now based in Berlin, Germany.
I work with energy healing, helping people reconnect with their inner world through Reiki, and guiding other healers to find their voice, so they can share their message in an aligned, authentic way.
But how did I get here?
Where It All Began
I’ve always felt connected to what we can’t see, to the energy that moves quietly beneath everything we experience.
Even as a child, I could sense when spaces or people felt different, long before I understood what that meant.
I was born into an esoteric family, where talks about past lives, energy, and the unseen were as natural as any other part of daily life.
By the age of seven, I was already collecting crystals and fascinated by their colors and shapes. I even organized a small “crystal exhibition” with my cousins to show them to our family (I’m still trying to find that photo to include here someday!).
As I grew older, that quiet sensitivity to energy only became stronger.
In my teenage years, I started to connect deeply with my inner world — visualizing outcomes, trusting my intuition, and watching things manifest around me, long before I ever knew manifestation was even a thing.
I went to a Catholic school, and although it was a traditional environment, it was also where I began questioning things, exploring the difference between belief, energy, and what it truly means to feel something beyond the physical.
When I finished high school, I didn’t feel inspired to study something traditional.
The idea of spending years learning things I’d never apply, just to choose a career “for the rest of my life,” didn’t resonate with me.
What I did know was that I wanted to see the world — to experience other cultures and languages.
So I decided to work, save money, and travel.
A couple of years later, I learned French and moved to France with the idea of staying for one year to practice the language… but deep down, I already knew I wasn’t coming back.
That was almost 11 years ago.
Since then, I’ve lived in several countries — France, Denmark, Greenland (yes, Greenland!), and eventually Germany, where I’ve been based for the last seven years.
The Path of Exploration
A “Successful” Life That Wasn’t Aligned
I started working for a global fashion company and found a job I genuinely enjoyed.
It allowed me to express my creativity and grow quickly — within a few years, I reached the highest visual position in the company for the entire country.
It was the kind of job many dream of: constant travel across Germany and Europe, meeting new people, working with inspiring creatives, airports every week — the kind of life that looks “successful” from the outside.
But behind the scenes, it was a sacrificed life — eating out every day, waking up at 4 a.m. for flights, packing my suitcase on Sundays, and living in a constant loop of deadlines, pressure, and stress.
No one saw that part.
The first sign came through my body — a herniated disc in my spine that left me unable to walk for two weeks.
I blamed it on travel and heavy luggage, took medication, recovered, and went straight back to the same lifestyle.
I didn’t listen.
I kept going — in autopilot, under stress, surrounded by environments and people that constantly drained my energy.
After years of living in constant motion — airports, meetings, deadlines — I started to feel my body breaking down.
At first, it was small signs: exhaustion, digestive discomfort, and recurring pain in my back.
I ignored them, convincing myself it was just part of a busy life.
But eventually, my body couldn’t keep up with the pace I was forcing on it.
What began as simple fatigue turned into weeks of intense pain, inflammation, and finally, a hospital stay.
After several tests, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition — my body had literally started attacking itself.
That hospital stay changed everything.
Lying there, surrounded by machines and doctors focused only on suppressing symptoms, I realized something profound: they were treating my body, but no one was addressing why it was in pain.
It became clear that I couldn’t leave my health and healing entirely in someone else’s hands.
Something had to change — and that change had to start with me.
So I began exploring every alternative path I could find: acupuncture, tarot, astrology readings, Akashic Records, breathwork, yoga, meditation — everything that could help me reconnect with myself.
They all pointed in similar directions, but none gave me a complete tool or solution.
Until I realized the answer was much closer than I thought.
The Turning Point
I eventually resigned from the job everyone thought was perfect.
“Are you crazy, Julián?” people asked.
Maybe. But I just wanted peace — and a dog 🐾
My mom, who is also a Reiki practitioner, gifted me a Reiki masterclass one Christmas — an introduction to energy healing.
From the very first class, I knew this was it.
I wanted to learn everything.
Through Reiki, I discovered that I could heal myself.
At my next medical checkup, my doctor couldn’t believe the remission I was in.
She told me, “Whatever you’re doing — keep doing it.”
At first, I practiced Reiki as a personal healing tool.
But over time, I felt a strong calling to share it — to help others reconnect with their energy and remember their inner power.
Finding Reiki
Reiki didn’t just heal my body — it changed the way I see life.
It taught me that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, but remembering what was never lost.
That everything begins with energy — our thoughts, emotions, and intentions — and when we return to that alignment, everything else begins to shift naturally.
Through this process, I realized my purpose goes far beyond my own healing.
It’s about guiding others back to their truth — helping them remember that healing is not something we search for outside of us, but something we awaken within.
Looking back, I understand that every experience — every pain, every misalignment — was preparing me for this work.
I used to think Reiki found me by accident, but I now know it was always meant to.
Healing taught me how to live with softness again, how to trust energy, and how to remember that we’re never truly disconnected — only asleep for a while, until something reminds us to awaken.
That’s the energy behind Awaken The Inner:
a space to bring consciousness, authenticity, and energy healing into a modern world that’s still learning how to slow down and feel again.
The Integration
My mission is to help you remember your power.
I’ve created different ways to support your journey — whether you want to heal your energy, deepen your spiritual practice, or grow your message online with purpose.
