No previous experience is needed.
Reiki came into my life at a time when I felt deeply disconnected from myself. I was dealing with a lot of stress and some health issues, and at first I approached Reiki very simply: as something that could help me feel better in my body.
But the more I practiced, the more I began to notice that the changes weren’t only physical. I became more aware of my energy, my intuition, my relationships, the choices I was making and the way I was moving through my life. Reiki gradually became much more than something I practiced when I needed healing, it became part of the way I understood myself.
That experience is a big part of how I teach today. I see Reiki as a deeply spiritual practice, but also as something meant to be lived and experienced, not just understood through concepts. During this masterclass, I’ll share some of the things Reiki taught me through practice that I could never have learned from a book alone.
