This is where you begin working directly with Reiki.

You will learn:

  • The history and lineage of Reiki, from Mikao Usui to your own teacher

  • What Reiki is, what it isn't, and how it works on the body, mind, and spirit

  • The Five Reiki Principles and how to live by them

  • How emotions connect to the organs, and how to work with this during a session

  • How to recognize and support a healing crisis as energy purifies and releases

  • Your daily energetic preparation practices, to center yourself before any session

  • Hand positions for self-treatment and full-body sessions on others

  • Safety guidelines, contraindications, and ethical practice standards

After this level, you will be able to:

  • Practice Reiki on yourself daily, in a consistent and grounded way

  • Give full-body Reiki sessions to others with confidence

  • Prepare yourself energetically before every session through your own daily practice

  • Recognize what's happening in a client's body and emotions, and respond with care

Level I - Shoden



Level II deepens your practice and expands the way you work with Reiki.

You will learn:

  • The three sacred Reiki symbols, how to draw, activate, and combine them

  • How to work with the subconscious for mental and emotional healing

  • How to recognize and release energetic patterns at their root, not just their symptoms

  • Why distance healing works, and the science behind it

  • Practical distance healing techniques, including sending Reiki to the past and future

  • How to purify and charge objects, water, and spaces

After this level, you will be able to:

  • Work confidently with all level II Reiki symbols in any session

  • Address emotional and mental patterns at a deeper, root level

  • Send Reiki across distance, and to the past or future

  • Purify and charge objects, water, and spaces with intention

  • Combine symbols into a coherent, flowing session for yourself and others

  • Hold a clear, grounded container for deeper energetic work

Level II - Okuden



Additional techniques and teachings to deepen your practice even further.

You will learn:

  • Energetic cleansing practices to clear your field before and after every session

  • How to clean, seal, and energize a space using the Reiki symbols

  • How to set up your own practice space and prepare for clients

  • A deeper, masterclass-level understanding of the Okuden symbols, plus advanced techniques for working with the mind and intuition

  • How to structure a complete professional session, in person, online, and with animals

After this level, you will be able to:

Held live online on the first Sunday of every month, this is a sacred ceremony conducted by Julian personally. It cannot be replicated by watching a video or reading a book.

About Julián

Julian is a Usui Reiki Ryoho Master and Teacher, and the founder of Awakentheinner · House of Energy Arts.

He has been teaching Reiki to students from all over the world, from complete beginners to practitioners who had already been certified elsewhere and came looking for something deeper.

What he has found is that the most important thing in Reiki is not the number of techniques you know. It's the depth of your foundation. How grounded you are. How clearly you understand what you're doing and why.

That's what he built this program around.

  • No prior experience is needed.No. The program starts from the very beginning with a full initiation. Complete beginners are welcome.

  • Yes, and many of our students come exactly from this place. They leave feeling more grounded, more confident, and more complete than after any previous training.

  • The course content (37 modules) is pre recorded, so you can move through it at your own pace, whenever it suits you.

    Alongside that, you'll have a Monthly Live Integration Call with Julian for integration and Q&A, plus a private community where you can ask questions any time you need support.

    The Attunement is also held live online, and it works differently. It is not a lesson you can rewatch, it is a sacred space, a direct energetic transmission that has to happen in real time.

  • Yes. You'll receive two official certifications from House of Energy Arts, one for Reiki Level I and one for Reiki Level II.

    Both are issued after the Attunement.

  • Yes.

    This training is designed to give you the knowledge and practical foundation needed to start working with Reiki, both for yourself and with others.

    Many students go on to integrate Reiki into their existing work or offer sessions independently after completing the course.

    As with any skill, confidence and experience grow with practice, but you will leave this training with everything you need to begin.

  • The Integration Call is recorded and shared with the community, so you won't miss out if you can't make it live.

    The Attunement is different. It is a sacred space, a direct energetic transmission, and it is not recorded. If you miss it, you're welcome to join any future monthly session.

    Either way, you'll always have the private community to ask questions or share anything that comes up.

  • You'll have lifetime access to all the course content. The 6 months refers to your access to the Monthly Live Integration Call. Access to the private community is also lifetime.

  • Yes.

    You will be invited to join a private Awakentheinner Reiki community, where you’ll be able to ask questions, share experiences, and continue learning beyond the training.

    Ongoing support is an important part of this work, and this space is designed to give you guidance as you deepen your practice.
