The Four Layers of Your Training
Most Reiki trainings try to teach everything in a single weekend.
This one doesn't.
Over 10 weeks, you'll build your practice one layer at a time, so every concept has time to settle before moving to the next.
1- Initiation 初
Before learning techniques, you'll build the foundation that gives the entire practice meaning. You'll explore the philosophy behind Reiki, how it relates to the nervous system and the chakra system, what a healing crisis is, and how to approach Reiki safely and responsibly.
By the end of this stage, you won't just know what Reiki is. You'll understand why it works.
2- Reiki Level I (Shoden) 初伝
This is where you become a practitioner.
You'll learn the history and lineage of Usui Reiki, the Five Reiki Principles, energetic preparation, safety, contraindications, and how to confidently perform complete Reiki sessions for yourself and others using traditional hand positions.
By the end of this stage, you'll have the confidence to practice Reiki consistently and safely, both for yourself and the people around you.
3- Reiki Level II (Okuden) 奥伝
This is where your practice moves beyond technique and into intuition.
You'll learn the sacred Reiki symbols, distance Reiki, energetic cleansing for spaces and objects, and advanced methods for supporting emotional and mental wellbeing through Reiki.
By the end of this stage, you'll be able to work confidently beyond physical presence while developing a deeper relationship with the practice itself.
4- Advanced Teachings 極
This is where everything comes together.
You'll learn how to structure professional Reiki sessions, work with animals, explore planetary chakras, pendulums, and crystals, and confidently integrate everything you've learned into a complete personal or professional practice.
By the end of this stage, you'll have the knowledge, practical experience, and confidence to carry Reiki with you for life, whether your path is personal or professional.

About Julián
Julian is a Usui Reiki Ryoho Master and Teacher, and the founder of Awakentheinner · House of Energy Arts.
He has been teaching Reiki to students from all over the world, from complete beginners to practitioners who had already been certified elsewhere and came looking for something deeper.
What he has found is that the most important thing in Reiki is not the number of techniques you know. It's the depth of your foundation. How grounded you are. How clearly you understand what you're doing and why.
That's what he built this program around.

The program is delivered through a 10-week live guided cohort, where you'll learn step by step with real-time teaching, support, and interaction.
Every session is recorded, so if you can't attend live, or simply want to revisit the material, you'll have access to all the recordings and can watch them whenever it suits you.
Alongside that, you'll have a Monthly Live Integration Call with Julian for integration and Q&A, plus a private community where you can ask questions any time you need support.
The Attunement is also held live online, and it works differently. It is not a lesson you can rewatch, it is a sacred space, a direct energetic transmission that has to happen in real time.

Yes. You'll receive two official certifications from House of Energy Arts, one for Reiki Level I and one for Reiki Level II.

This training is designed to give you the knowledge and practical foundation needed to start working with Reiki, both for yourself and with others.
Many students go on to integrate Reiki into their existing work or offer sessions independently after completing the course.
As with any skill, confidence and experience grow with practice, but you will leave this training with everything you need to begin.

The Integration Call is recorded and shared with the community, so you won't miss out if you can't make it live.
The Attunement is different. It is a sacred space, a direct energetic transmission, and it is not recorded. If you miss it, you're welcome to join any future monthly session.
Either way, you'll always have the private community to ask questions or share anything that comes up.
