A space to slow down, soften, and reconnect
In the middle of daily life, it’s easy to disconnect from your body without even noticing. Stress becomes normal. Tension becomes familiar. Your energy becomes scattered between responsibilities, screens, expectations, and the constant pressure to keep going.
This experience was created as a pause.
It is not a yoga class. It is not a Reiki session. It is an immersive experience where movement, energy work, breath, and somatic practices come together to create space for deep reconnection.
Over the course of six hours, you'll be gently guided through yoga, Reiki, breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, and integration, allowing your body to soften, your energy to rebalance, and your nervous system to settle.
Whether you're completely new to these practices or have explored them before, you'll be welcomed into a carefully held space designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling more grounded, present, and alive than when you arrived.
What you’ll experience
During this six-hour immersion, we’ll guide you through a carefully curated flow combining movement, energy work, and deep rest. The experience includes a grounding yoga practice, somatic exercises, breathwork, guided meditation, Reiki energy healing, journaling, integration, and time to connect with the group in a calm and supportive environment.
The space is intentionally limited to 15 participants so the experience can remain personal, grounded, and deeply held.
No previous experience with Reiki or yoga is required.

Yoga helps you reconnect with the body through movement, breath, and presence. Reiki works with the energetic field, supporting deep relaxation and helping the body return to a natural state of balance.
Together, these practices create a powerful somatic and energetic experience. One that allows you to move, feel, receive, release, and integrate, not from the mind but through the body.

Julián is the founder of Awakentheinner, a Reiki Master, and the creator of intuitive tools designed to help people reconnect with themselves. Through energy healing, Reiki, and a grounded approach to modern spirituality, his work invites deeper self-awareness, embodied presence, and a renewed connection with the body's natural capacity for healing and inner transformation.
Julián Moroni
Max is a yoga, Pilates, and strength teacher with over a decade of teaching experience. Trained in India and New York, his approach combines movement, breath, meditation, and philosophy to create practices that are both grounding and deeply transformative. Each class is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with the body, and cultivate a more conscious relationship with yourself.

No. This experience is open to beginners as well as those who already have a regular practice. Everything will be guided in a supportive and accessible way.

This is an immersive experience designed to integrate movement, breath, Reiki, and somatic practices into one intentional journey. Rather than focusing on a single modality, we'll guide you through a carefully curated experience that supports the body, regulates the nervous system, and creates space for genuine reconnection.

Please bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle, a notebook, and a pen for the journaling exercises throughout the experience.
